I have a passion for nutrition. I think it's important for us to all think about Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids - to learn about it. But if one wanted to sum up what I do for myself after thinking about these essential fatty acids. I eat more Kale and Flax. I was going to write more.. but I think more Kale and Flax is a good two item solution to my Omega 3 vs Omega 6 issues. I was going to originally say, green leafy vegetables like Kale, spinach, and flax, chia seeds, and walnuts.... but ok... think Kale and Flax. see through prom dress
